The GPFS137 is a dual room Garden Room which was originally designed as a tea room for the National Trust. The finished cabin in the pictures was a Garden Room with 68mm walls, a modern style with 24mm double glazing. This was built on a screw pile foundation for extra durability. This sturdy timber building houses two separate rooms and is finished featuring 24mm double glazing and a modern design. The GPFS137 has space for two bedrooms, a toilet and a kitchen. The plan can be easily adapted for use as a single room building by modifying kitchen and toilet sizes.
